About the Role

At Heart Aerospace, our Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team is committed to providing outstanding talent attraction solutions to support business growth by employer branding activation; proactive sourcing and recruiting.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience of driving the full recruitment cycle with focus on roles within engineering, to support the process of scaling our company to a large-scale operation.

What you will do

You will be entrusted with an on-going quest to attract the best people within the aerospace industry, maintain a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a great passion for delivering excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, monitoring and running recruitment processes together with our hiring managers to attract the best candidates on the market from all over the world

  • Identify qualified candidates via search, engage and present viable resumes to hiring managers

  • Ensure we deliver a professional and qualitative recruitment process, always delivering an excellent candidate experience

  • Support and guide managers to meet their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor

  • Coordinate recruitment processes with recruitment agencies from all over the world

  • Engaging in employer branding activities and other HR related projects

You will be part of our HR team consisting of six people. We have different responsibilities and backgrounds and three of us are working with Talent Acquisition. We have fun together, laugh a lot but also work hard and are an ambitious team. We are all placed at the HQ in Säve, Göteborg. This position will report into the Head of Human Resources. We work in a truly international setting with more than 23 different nationalities and a welcoming company culture where you will be able to learn from highly skilled colleagues.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, or relevant background within engineering

  • Minimum 5 years-experience of driving full cycle recruitment processes

  • Previous experience of recruiting technical roles is crucial. If you have experience of working with electrical mobility roles it is an advantage

  • Experience of conducting competency based interviews

  • Experience of working with recruitment tests are a merit

  • Previous experience of executive search is preferred

  • Experienced with recruiting technology and practices like networking, social media, online recruiting (such as LinkedIn Recruiting) and others required

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English is a must

  • Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs

  • Customer service and drive for results orientation: ability to establish and maintain credibility with key stakeholders with experience managing, internal and external client relationships in a complex environment required
