As a Technical Engineer 1, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build upon your existing technical knowledge, experience, and skill sets
  • Use technical troubleshooting strategies to develop solutions to complex technical issues
  • Escalate, own and stay focused on driving the resolution of issues through the appropriate channels and team members, using highly effective communication skills
  • Obtain clarification of customer requests or problems and satisfaction issues
  • Perform complete and accurate entry of data in the customer database
  • Participate in providing direct input in our knowledge-based tools
  • Handle sensitive patient data in accordance with HIPAA standards
  • Assist customers with various online portals

Skills & Requirements

As a Technical Engineer 1, the following requirements apply:

  • 1-3 years' relevant experience troubleshooting networks, hardware, software, etc
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • A genuine interest in IT and ability and willingness to learn more
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule to provide coverage throughout multiple time zones within the United States

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
