Technical Sales Executive (Pacific Northwest) - REMOTE

Sectra is looking for a New Business Sales Executive for the Pacific Northwest that has the passion and knowledge to drive new business in the desired territory. We focus on maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction while delivering state-of-the-art technology that has a positive outcome on patient diagnosis.

The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for selling Sectra’s portfolio of Enterprise Imaging Solutions to health systems within an assigned geography. You will be responsible for growing new business market share, funnel development, strategic planning, territory management, and achieving annual targets.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Achieving annual sales quota by prospecting, engaging in customer-facing activities, and driving sales strategy
  • Developing a consultative sales relationship with all key influencers within the customer’s organization including key management and executive management
  • Adhering to the sales process by following “best practices” and updating the CRM system
  • Developing and executing an annual business/territory plan supporting the attainment of quota, key performance metrics, and market share growth
  • Collaborating with Sectra colleagues and business partners to build a solid foundation of Sectra’s products and services
  • Thoroughly understanding the competitive landscape
  • Become proficient in, and able to articulate, cloud-based solutions and the advantages that they bring
  • Working cross-functionally with Presales Support, Professional Services, and Support
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge of Sectra's portfolio of IT and competitive products

Skills & Requirements

For this position, the following requirements apply:

  • A college degree in Computer Science or other IT related engineering field
  • Strong academic performance and grades
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven experience in sales of complex IT systems, preferable within the medical field
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • A self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of time, within territory and to sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Experience selling multi-million dollar enterprise imaging and/or software solutions in the healthcare vertical market

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000, based on experience and qualifications.
