We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Supply Chain Sales Team, Northern Europe. Our ideal candidates thrives when being challenged and is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. Our Sales Managers focus solely on creating new revenue by selling to new customers and extending the usage of nShift products to our current customer base. You will work in close cooperation with Business Development Representatives and Global Account Managers to find new opportunities and have the support of technical Pre-Sales, Professional services and others in closing them.
You will be joining nShift at a pivotal period, the business is going through some exciting transformation after the merger of five leading companies within the industry, creating a true market leader in our space.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in meeting quotas towards the SaaS-Software product market. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from identified opportunity until you hand over to the account executives. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. You will need to have experience in working with in the German markets . This role will be heavily emphasised on the German audience both from a client and partnership stand point.

Experience from Software, preferably SaaS-based products.
Flexible mindset and can-do attitude: Willingness to adapt to customer and organizational needs.

January 2015 as Regional Sales Manager for West Sweden with focus on the Mid & Enterprise market.

For me it’s very much about the industry we are in, the logistics technology business where its constantly growing with new technology, needs and logistical challenges which gives us the opportunity to further develop, expand and support our customers throughout their supply chain globally. What difference will this role make to nShift if I join?
This is a vital role - working within the Supply Chain team, you’ll be focusing on the German Mid-Enterprise market as well as support in our other markets in Northern Europe. You will mainly be navigating through customers in the manufacturing sector where our customers faces various needs to be addressed throughout the whole digital supply chain.
