In this exciting role, you will deliver excellence in customer support and add-on sales. You will be based at home in the UK managing assigned accounts and working closely with the Customer Support team to deliver customer satisfaction. You will report through the UKI Customer Success Team Manager to the Sales Director.

An outgoing personality and excellent ability to establish long-term business contacts
We consider it a great asset if you:
Have in-depth experience of PACS technologies, as well as radiology workflow and tools
Have experience of ITIL framework
