NIRA Dynamics plans to double its revenues in four years – we need you to make it happen. We are opening up a completely new product segment covering markets in Europe, USA and China. You will be the person responsible to develop the business models, identify business opportunities and do the sales.

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Linkoping Sweden, NIRA Dynamics is at the forefront of embedded and cloud-based software products, providing cost-efficient, value-adding services to the global vehicle industry. Customers include some of the world’s leading car manufacturers, such as Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Volvo and Renault. With 80 co-workers, global presence and software running in over 30 million vehicles, NIRA Dynamics is a worldwide industry leader in our segment.

The automotive market is transforming into a mobility and transportation market, and autonomy is becoming central. Connectivity allows huge amounts of valuable data to be generated, enabling the monetization of data-driven services. Future customers will span from traditional car manufacturers, to ride-sharing companies, road contractors, authorities, map providers and mobile app companies. This diversity will create new demands on how NIRA Dynamics’ products and business models shall be made available and adapted, to suit every customer.

You will be will part of NIRA Dynamics’ Sales & Marketing team, based in Linkoping but acting on the international arena.

Your accountabilities will be:

  • Maximize revenue and margin opportunities
  • Contact and meet potential customers; establish and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers
  • Identify and cooperate with appropriate partners and/or alliance partners
  • Prepare and perform a broad range of presentations to the customers, both with business and technology focus
  • Prepare business cases and provide data on return of investment and sales arguments to make accurate assessments and business decisions
  • Provide consistent data on strategic accounts projects
  • Take an active role in the continuous product development, by presenting and follow up on feedback from key customers to R&D

Skills & Requirements

You have a strong inner drive (a true self starter) and an excellent ability to build trust and long-term business relationships and turning it into profitable sales. You have a strong sales and business acumen with a proven track record.

We think you have been working on selling software on an international market to global large companies for 5 to 10 years. If you have worked close to product management, taking new products into new markets or existing products into new segments, it is also very much appreciated.
