We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Nordic Sales team in Denmark. Our ideal candidates thrives when being challenged and is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. If you are eager to work with smart people to solve complex problems, then we are looking forward to hearing from you!

We are looking for a Sales Manager. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with new and existing customers.

You will be joining nShift at a pivotal period, the business is going through some exciting transformation after the merger of five leading companies within the industry, creating a true market leader in our space.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience from different sales roles and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the start to the end of the sales process. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Skills & Requirements

The area of responsibility includes:

  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services from the nShift portfolio
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals in mid and enterprise customer in Denmark
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the Head Of Sales Denmark on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) results & improvement ideas
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans


  • Proven commercial and business acumen, skills to develop business through outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities on different organizational levels, and interest to nurture and expand ones pipeline.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and execute various activities and focus areas to maximize growth.
  • Ability to be independent and work collective within a team
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Flexible mindset and can-do attitude: Willingness to adapt to customer and organizational needs.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Track record of achieving quotas & KPIs

This is a vital role - working within the Nordic Sales Team Denmark, you’ll be faced with the mid and Enterprise accounts. Having to navigate through several business stakeholders from ecommerce, customer experience, logistic and fulfilment, IT, procurement, no deal or day is boring…. Whilst also working with key departments internally to ensure smooth transition from prospect to customer, you’ll build effective relationships with professional services, customer services, product, finance, marketing and presales.
