Linkfluence is looking for a talented Senior Analyst whose professional attributes will strengthen the company’s insight services team.
Embedded in a team of analysts, you will create consumer insight reports with Social Data, analyze them and deliver actionable insights to our clients in order to help them to make better data-driven decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Producing recurring consumer insight reports conducted on social data with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies providing our clients competitive knowledge on how their brands and products are perceived online
Producing ad-hoc strategic social media research projects for a wide array of brands & companies, focusing on exploration of industries, markets and audiences
Delivering actionable recommendations and insights that positively impact our clients’ performance
Setting up and maintaining advanced social media listening and consumer intelligence programmes (following extensive training on our social listening platform, Radarly)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
Excellent level of English and of an European language is mandatory (Portuguese, French, Spanish, ...)
Excellent writing skills and strong analytical and interpretation abilities
Autonomous working style and passion for digital culture and social web
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
~2 year experience in consumer research or marketing using qualitative or quantitative research methodologies.
