Management consulting company PBI Research Institute is looking for a customer-oriented Junior Analyst to join their Customer Experience Management (CXM) team. As a Junior Analyst, you will support the team in CXM client assignments – helping companies to understand how customer experience impacts sales, profitability and contract renewals.

Your day-to-day work will include supporting and training clients in CXM, implementing new processes in online environments as well as collecting, monitoring, and analysing data. You will also prepare project reports and conduct other supportive project management and sales related tasks. In addition to CXM projects, you get to participate in intriguing and innovative projects in the energy & renewable fuels, maritime and transport industries - no projects will be the same which makes work exciting and challenging.

To flourish in this full time Junior Analyst role, you have strong analytical skills and ability to see and analyze problems from different perspectives. A customer-oriented mindset, curiosity, and willingness to continuously develop are also essential. You enjoy working with several projects/clients at the same time and can switch between working in teams and independently. Your working location can be either in Turku or Helsinki with a hybrid work possibility.


  • Master’s degree preferably in economics or engineering

  • Experience in working with both quantitative and qualitative data

  • Interest in experience management and how it can be used as strategic tool in companies

  • Excellent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint


  • Project management experience

  • Experience from working in the customer interface

  • Experience from implementing new software solutions (e.g. CXM platforms like Qualtrics or similar)

  • Skills in other analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI) or coding (e.g. Python)

  • Knowledge of Swedish and other languages
