By becoming part of the team of our Infrastructure department within SOGETI, you will be involved within a multicultural environment in which you will be able to improve your skills by sharing technical knowledge with your future colleagues, on various platforms.
To be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and evolution of virtualization infrastructures.
To ensure the administration, maintenance and evolution of Dell EMC, HPE and Nutanix physical servers;
To ensure the administration, maintenance and evolution of Citrix, Nutanix and VMware virtualization platforms;
To participate in the definition of virtualization technical infrastructures that meet the needs of businesses and respect security policy;
To carry out the deployment of technical solutions;
To write the technical and operating documentation for these infrastructures;
To provide third-level support in the event of system malfunction with the support of integrators and manufacturers;
To perform monitoring and remediation of vulnerabilities on products and equipment;
To perform daily maintenance including incident handling;
To participate in the emergency plan for these infrastructures.
Skills & Requirements
In terms of technical know-how ?
Excellent knowledge of products and infrastructures (architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance): Citrix ADC / Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / VMware vSphere 6 and 7 (ESXi, vCenter, PowerCLI, Update Manager);
Knowledge of Scripting (Linux Batch, Windows Batch, PowerShell, Perl);
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments;
Very good knowledge of network interconnection/communication techniques and network security (i.e networks, network segmentation, VLAN, routing, firewall, proxy, DNS, DHCP, NTP);
Understanding of storage techniques in relation to virtualization infrastructures (i.e datastores, LUNs);
Knowledge of backup tools, including IBM Spectrum Protect for Virtual Environments;
Knowledge of Nutanix hyperconverged systems (or failing that, VMware vSAN);
Knowledge of Dell EMC PowerEdge and HPE Proliant and Synergy server ranges;
Knowledge of Dell EMC OpenManage and HPE OneView management and monitoring tools;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office office tools (communication and documentation);
Very good knowledge of technical connection and communication tools (i.e RDP, SSH clients, SCP clients, Internet browsers).
