ABOUT THE ROLE

We just raised 44 MEUR to enable us to grow even faster, and you know what that means: Finding even more people to join our Helsinki, Bucharest and Chicago offices. We are looking for a person to help us attract the right diverse talent, through targeted marketing strategies, while the rest of our TA team takes care of providing candidates with a positive and a truly engaging experience.

As an Employer Brand Manager, you’ll bring the current market knowledge and a drive to deliver impactful solutions that will amplify our brand in Finland, help us establish our brand in our other locations and differentiate us, in an increasingly complex and competitive recruiting landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help us crystallize our offering as an Employer across different geographical and business areas.
  • Identify employee content needs and be the primary creator of new content.
  • Support and work together with the Talent Acquisition team in their recruitment marketing efforts by constantly monitoring trends and discuss alternative communication opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in employee engagement, celebration and recognition efforts that build a inclusive community.
  • Partner with our marketing team to coordinate efforts.
  • Coordinate and execute creative Employer Branding campaigns, meeting deadlines, following timelines, and ensuring quality of content/messaging.
  • Coordinate the production of video and written contents for the company website, social media channels, and for internal use.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Creative thinker, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Good understanding of the candidate experience and moments that matter.
  • A collaborator and practitioner, outcome orientated, someone who gets the job done, where no job is too great or too small.
  • Partnering mindset: You will work with cross functional global teams.
  • Experience in content creation for different audiences and the ability to deliver impactful messages within brand voice guidelines
  • Ability to provide clear feedback to others, to champion and protect our brand, as well, as champion opportunities to stretch brand, for talent attraction need
