Job purpose:

Pivotal hands-on, business integration role. SIP's are responsible for developing a data-based
strategy of what moments in the customer journey must be won, what information customers are
looking for, what channels they use and who influences their decisions. They will need to build
recommended strategies, journey pivots, get stakeholder buy-in, partner with the matrix org to
ensure teams know what are enablement requirements.

Skills & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

● Build customer journey maps
● Develop actionable insights from data/customer research
● Develop communication plans and content strategies that generate/nurture leads
● Partner to drive cross-channel integrations with other marketing platforms beyond
campaign activity.
● Design customer experience program governance & templates including email, direct
mail, mobile and social to enable market customization.
● Develop creative briefs and brief internal teams centrally & regionally
● Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, agency partners
● Develop governance rules for CRM campaigns
● Help define KPIs & learning/testing agenda; understand results & optimization
● Participate in agile teams and projects
● Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and work with partners to deliver
results and extract maximum ROI/LTV including identifying opportunities for automation
● Work with product, marketing and analytics peers to define key objectives and develop
and continually optimize guest segmentation and the corresponding marketing strategy
● Develop a dynamic and personalized customer lifecycle experience, tailored to each
guest's journey behaviours
● Own marketing execution for email, push, and on-platform communications with an
in-depth understanding of each channel's technical capabilities
● As needed, create content and build emails to support journey strategies
● Maintain awareness of email and mobile marketing trends Maintain awareness ofcompetitive landscape.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

● 2-4 years strategic planning at agency
● Bachelor's degree
● Customer journey mapping
● Proven data-driven, critical thinking in past work
● Creative brief and presentation development (PowerPoint or Keynote)Servant and resultdriven leadership style
● A team builder with agile way of work experience result driven leadership style
● Experience from premiums brands building qualitative content across digital channels
● Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred
