An exciting opportunity has arisen for Country Business Controller to join our Vilniaus duona team.
This is what you will do
As a Country Business Controller you will support the implementation of Lantmännen Unibake strategy by providing accurate, high-quality information and acting as a partner with the stakeholders on business controlling matters. You will be a member of Country Leadership team and Cluster Finance team.
Primary areas of responsibility:
- To provide analysis for business performance and facilitate corrective actions to ensure key financial targets are delivered.
- To ensure high quality monthly reporting of the company.
- To ensure high quality forecasting, budgeting, and outlook process in the company.
- To take an active role in commercial business development including structures as well as in implementation and development of processes and follow-up tools.
- To support country Supply Chain analysis, reporting and processes.
- To ensure strong cost control within the limits of responsibilities area.
- To take responsibility for implementation of group and cluster business controlling principles, way of working and reporting procedures.
- To act as a Finance Business Partner for country leadership team.

Skills & Requirements
This is what you need to succeed:
You have:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance.
- Minimum 2 years experience within business controlling, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge and skills in finance and controlling processes and tools (in general and specifically in manufacturing finance).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to process, analyze data and present results.
- Strong communications skills, both written and spoken, in Lithuanian and English.
- Good command of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and reporting tools (ERP, BI).

Monthly salary (gross) offer starts from 4200 Eur (Gross) plus annual bonus based on the company's performance. Exact salary will be offered based on candidate’s competencies, experience, and compliance with position requirements.

Mobility/Travel: Minor need only upon participation in specific projects and/or international forums.
