As HR & Administration Assistant at By Malene Birger, you support and provide service to managers and employees in the entire BMB organization, in HR administrative issues.
You deliver high quality in all aspects of your work. This implies, that you always keep deadlines and see yourself as an ambassador who constantly strives to increase the knowledge of our brand. You are constantly on the outlook for new ways to develop the brand and the organization.
You are a professional by attitude, and act as a role model, helping your colleagues to understand and work in correspondence with the BMB Universe and utilizing the BMB values in any customer, colleague or manager relation.
Administrative tasks related to:
Updating HR data in the HR platform: EPOS HR
Answering questions related to registering absence in the absence platform
Follow up on employment contracts for all of BMB
Updating Employee Handbooks & Guidelines
Updating organization chart
Administration of on-boarding and off-boarding
Maintain and continuously update process description and management tools related to onboarding
Preparing digital welcoming package
Return of equipment
Updating our internal app
General assistance to managers
Ad hoc tasks including but not limited to
Ordering goods on Coop Mad / Nemlig.com for the kitchen
Washing kitchens cloths etc.
Ordering office supplies
Main contact for the Cleaning company, City Container etc.
General assistance on house related tasks
Skills & Requirements
Relevant HRM educational background
Updated knowledge of Labor Laws in DK & SE
Analytic & professional abilities
Experience in working with other cultures
Strong English skills, both written and oral
Super user in excel, word, PowerPoint & Outlook
Strong understanding of BMB Business & Universe - BMB Ambassador
High personal drive, engagement & an action oriented approach
Creative, independent & innovative mindset
Business & Performance oriented

The position is 15 to 20 hours per week and you will be part of the Finance team.
