The Meltwater team is looking for a high energy, passionate leader to serve as the Global Director of Enterprise Marketing. Reporting to the VP Global Demand Generation, this role is responsible for creating the ABM program strategy to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities for enterprise accounts globally.
In this role, you will be responsible for aligning marketing strategies with the global enterprise sales organization and helping them reach and engage their most important accounts with targeted, multi-channel marketing programs while optimizing for performance throughout the campaign process. You will also help establish our marketing tracking and reporting processes for named accounts by collaborating with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
The role requires a creative thinker and strong ABM strategist who can bring new ideas to the company, collaborate across the enterprise and global marketing function, and flawlessly execute on multiple priority projects.
Build and own an enterprise marketing strategy to effectively fuel sustained growth and differentiate Meltwater within the enterprise segment
Drive qualitative and quantitative market research to refine audience segmentation, inform product roadmap, and support the growth strategy.
Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop a data and insight strategy to improve for campaign targeting and segmentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the account portfolio, as well as prioritized and segmented accounts for optimal strategic execution.
Analyze Voice of Market feedback across the lifecycle to understand market needs and customer sentiment to inform the enterprise marketing strategy.
Develop persona-based, differentiated value proposition, messaging and positioning about Meltwater’s solution suite to enterprise businesses.
Develop global growth strategy and programs to upsell and cross-sell to enterprise business, in partnership with regional marketing, product and sales teams.
Work closely with regional marketing teams to share best practices, create leverage and consistency across regions where needed, and provide a consolidated view on business strategy and results.
Build a measurement framework and process to track and report marketing program effectiveness and impact.

8+ years of Enterprise Marketing Experience
Experience in the SaaS industry
Recognized as a compassionate, supportive servant leader
Track Record of executing field marketing campaigns and ABM programs with Enterprise field sales teams.
Experience working in international markets and infusing local relevance into marketing programs
Experience developing strategy and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns and a proven track record of success
Track record of multi-channel campaign execution within Enterprise industries GTM - preferrable FINS, HLS, CPG, Government, Agencies
Knowledge of customer segmentation and needs within the technology industry with the ability to create content that addresses those needs
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive communications
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
