Sambla group is growing and so is our marketing team, we are now looking for our next Head of CRM! In the role as Head of CRM you will Lead, manage, develop, and grow the central CRM function for all countries and brands of Sambla Group. You will work closely with the BI and Marketing Automation teams to develop and implement the best data-driven CRM, and play a key role in the core customer product design to help meet objectives of CRM function.

The role will also consist of defining the CRM/customer lifecycle management strategy for all parts of the customer lifecycle to maximize the LTV and retention.

This will include but not limited to:

o Define the KVDs we will use to measure the health of customer base

o Work with Marketing Automation team on successful launch of automated CRM

o Map and continuously improve customer journey to improve customer value and retention

o Continuously optimize existing automated customer journeys

Are you our new Head of CRM? We are looking for someone who has several years of experience in CRM and customer database development management, and demonstrable experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools. Further you need to have previous leadership experience.

Must have:

  • 5 + years experience of CRM

  • Demonstrable experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools

  • Leadership experience

  • Technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems

  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience from FinTech or Gaming industry

  • Knowledge in Power BI

  • Fluent in Swedish
