We are looking for an improvement executive to strengthen our team of four improvement professionals in Arendal.

The methodology we use in our improvement work is based on a modern version of Lean that is influenced by Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup etc. Core elements include customer focus, strategic direction, structured problem solving through A3 and leadership behavior.
