Banqsoft is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Stockholm. Your main objective will be to build and develop our candidate pipeline.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist in Banqsoft you will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring Managers, and play a key role in the recruitment processes across all our locations
What will you be doing
Actively search for high-skilled and well-qualified candidates for our different roles (mainly non-technical roles such as Business Consultants, Project Managers etc) using various sourcing techniques
Partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to assess recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies to recruit top talents
Being responsible for full cycle of the recruitment process (screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing tests, checking references, sending offers)
Managing the workflow of candidates in the applicants tracking system
Building and maintaining good relationships with candidates to develop talent pipelines
Working on continuous improvement of the recruitment process
Monitoring the trends and the situation in the market to work on overall recruitment strategy
Driving Employer Branding initiatives (events, social media etc.) to help attract future employees
Initiating and being involved in employee engagements activities (social events) at the office to help create a great work environment.
Assisting with HR administration such as On- and Offboarding process in our HR system, payroll input (e.g joiners, leavers)
To succeed in the role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, we believe that you have:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position
Proven experience with sourcing techniques (e.g Boolean search on LinkedIn Recruiter)
Knowledge of different assessment tools (e.g Aon, Codlity)
Experience in Employer Branding initiatives such as running the company’s social media, organizing and promoting the company in external events
Very good communication skills and fluency in English and one Nordic language, preferable Swedish (both written and verbally)
Ability to build and maintain good relationships
High cultural awareness and a curious mindset
