As a Technical Project Planner/Scheduler for Northvolt Ett Engineering, you will take ownership of the detailed engineering timeline including design, manufacturing, shipping, installations, commissioning, and start of production related activities for the process and material handling of equipment.
You will create all the dependencies and maintain multiple schedules in Microsoft Project and collaborate with internal and external parties to secure quality outputs.
You will be working closely with various Engineering staff and Technical Project Mangers, to develop and implement a plan - both in terms of time and quality. The environment has high demands on communication, flexibility, and long-term strategic thinking.
In general, you have a positive and can-do attitude and can influence counterparties to achieve Northvolt goals. You have been driving large, innovative, and challenging projects with very high demand on accuracy and team spirit.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor and track project progress and identify the risks accordingly.
Report the progress or the new schedule to the PMO on weekly basis.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant education
Minimum 2-years relevant work experience, ideally with production or project management
Experience from working in a multi-cultural environment
Specific skills/Abilities:
Excellent English written and oral skills
Fluency in Korean, German, Chinese or Japanese is a big plus
Great organizational skills and detail oriented
Good understanding of production process
Good knowledge of Microsoft Project
High communication skills in multicultural environment
Commitment to travel to or base in Skellefteå on a regular basis to perform on-site tasks
