Sales Operation manager

Mentimeter’s vision is to transform presentations and meetings into fun and interactive experiences by making it easy to listen and to be heard. We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and now, we are looking for a Sales Operation manager to join our team.

Mentimeter’s Sales team grew from around 70 people at the beginning of the year to over 100, and we’ll be 150 at the end of the next year. We are investing in the Sales Operations team to support the growth of the organization, and looking for a Sales Operation manager with proven team leadership experience.

  • Team leadership. Leading a team of Sales operation reps, responsible for personal and career development of team members, as well as deciding on work allocation

  • Process improvement. Defining process improvement initiatives to support scalability of sales teamwork

  • Toolstack. Defining sales tool stack strategy as well as driving tool stack alignment with Marketing and Data, responsible for overall data integrity

  • Reporting. Owning reporting cadence, as well as coordinating budget forecasting

  • Contributing to the Sales Ops roadmap and plan together with the Sales leadership team

  • Aligning Sales Ops projects and roadmaps with Marketing Operations and Data team

  • Operate strategically but also hands-on, when needed, to coordinate or drive key projects such as business cases

Must haves for the role:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, project management, or management consulting

  • People management experience

  • Experience with SaaS is a must, ideally from a scale-up

  • Good understanding of reporting/ forecasting/budgeting methodologies and cadences

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, processes, and methodologies

  • Proved experience in process improvement initiatives

  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success tools

  • Great communication skills, ability to express ideas clearly and concisely

  • Organizational and project management skills

  • Being independent and driven

  • Tech-savvy
