About the role:

As Head of Customer Support, You'll be heading up a team of 8 enthusiastic professionals, be part of the Swedish Management team and report to Country CEO.

You'll be leading the customer support team by finding innovative work strategies of the customer support process. Guide the team during the busy times and have close collaboration with the different departments such as Sales, IT, Tech etc. You'll have the freedom to streamline the current processes and find new solutions on existing challenges.

You'll be able to grow together with the company since we're a thriving company that embrace changes.

About you:

We believe you are a good communicator who can drive and develop a good collaboration between departments, the management team, your own team and colleagues in our other markets.

You can easily switch from a broad and strategic perspective to a detailed operative one. You love working in an agile environment and embrace innovation and change. You are not afraid to take initiative and make decisions. You are really good at building and maintaining great relations with your employees, colleagues as well as our clients and end-users.

You have at least two years of successfully setting up and running a successful customer support function in a mid or large size corporation. You can speak and write in Swedish and English fluently.
