Som Project Risk & Change Engineer kommer du att ta ägarskapet för administrationen av Northvolt Ett US2 Program projektförändringar och administrera uppföljning och spårning av riskleveranser för den storskaliga Cathode Active Material-fabriken som byggs i norra Sverige.

As the Project Risk & Change Engineer, you will take ownership of the administration of the Northvolt Ett US2 Program change management and administer the follow up and tracking of risk deliverables for the large-scale Cathode Active Material factory being built in Northern Sweden.

Your responsibilities for Change Management will cover steering and administering the change process, facilitating change meetings and ensuring proper management and close out of all program changes both within the Program and it’s main contractor, as well as Business Change internally up through the organisation. The responsibilities of the Risk Management will encompass assistance to the Project Controls Manager, in tracking and progressing the risk process within the Northvolt Ett program by the risk owners, ensuring timely follow up of risk mitigations, and supporting the ongoing update and management of the risk profile.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administering the CAM Program Change Management Process for US2
  • Driving the program and project change management processes within the program and delivery teams
  • Facilitating the US2 joint change review board and administering the associated change logs
  • Interfacing with the EPCM contractor’s change processes
  • Ensuring that change decisions are fully communicated to the change owners
  • Developing the digitalisation of the change process
  • Driving risk based thinking in the US2 CAM Program, embedding the project risk process
  • Administering the US2 Program Risk Management Process
  • Coordinating the systematic management of risk through the risk owners in the delivery teams
  • Jointly facilitating monthly risk reviews with the delivery teams

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications/education/experience

  • Engineering or equivalent technical background
  • 5 years work of relevant project experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Specific skills :

  • Proficient in MS Suite

  • Technical background or an interest in technical industries

  • Experience of change and or risk management processes is credited but not essential

  • Project controls skillset is a plus
