Within Workforce Transformation, you will be part of a global organization and work with Sweden’s largest corporations and organizations, both private and public. As a Management Consultant, you will support clients transforming their HR functions and enhance their ability to digitalize and future-proof their workforce.
This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver projects, tackle our customers most difficult challenges in the role as a Senior Associate or Manager. You will have the ability to grow quickly in a complex and fast-moving environment, where you will participate in various projects within the fields of:
HR strategy: Supporting clients in developing HR and Talent strategies, designing future target operating models including transformational support
Culture: Supporting clients in defining their cultural behaviors and leadership of the future
Change Management: Supporting clients through major change, defining the case for change, personas, change impacts, developing training and assessing adoption and readiness

We imagine that you have a background as a Management Consultant or within HR driving strategic projects and change
You are communicative, business-oriented and like to build relationships both internally with your colleagues and with clients
Experience of working with HR technology and analytics is a plus

Have an agile mindset
We require the following skills and experience:
A bachelor or master’s degree with degree in business, HR and/or similar
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English and preferable also in Swedish
