Business Consultant
Who we’re looking for!
As a Business Consultant in Banqsoft, you will develop and deliver client specific solutions in close collaboration with the client. You will get to work closely with a few of the Nordics most well-known banks and financial companies, where you will play a key role in fulfilling their business needs. It’s a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to interact in the border between IT and business.
What does the role look like?
- Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support our customers in their daily business
- Configure and test Banqsoft's software
- Identify and analyze our customer’s needs, write specifications, estimate and implement solutions
- Participate in project teams implementing Banqsoft solutions for new and existing customers
- Participate in sales activities answering RFIs/RFPs
Are we a great match?
To succeed in the role as Business Consultant, we believe that you have:
- Higher education within IT, Business Administration or similar
- At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
- An interest in technology and IT
- Can-do attitude when faced with new challenges
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Self-motivated and driven by continuous learning
It’s great if you have (but not a must!):
- A good understanding of business processes within the Asset Finance, Digital Banking or Credit Management industry
- Experience related to implementation of software supporting financial products or other similar business critical system
- Experience within Testing
- SQL and/or webservices skills
