This is what you will do
Lantmännen IT is on currently on an exciting journey where we continuously are building and strengthening our inhouse competencies. The Information and IT Security team is responsible for managing the systematic work with information security throughout the entire Lantmännen Group.

In the position as Security Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the compliance phase of our Governance, Risk and Compliance process, which leverages the ServiceNow platform for system support. You will drive the group’s information security compliance management efforts and actively work with identifying, assessing, and proposing security controls and actions on compliance gaps as well as working to improve the overall compliance towards our information security controls.

You will be working across our entire value chain, consisting of different business units within agriculture, machinery, food, energy, and real estate, and you will be acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for our business units, process owners and IT system owners for addressing security compliance gaps. You will assist and guide the stakeholders to viable solutions, with the help of the rest of the team, and share knowledge and awareness regarding information and IT security.

You will be part of the Information and IT Security team within Lantmännen IT, a group function covering all business units and you will report to Head of Information and IT Security (CISO). The position is located at our head office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Within Lantmännen IT, we offer a hybrid workplace.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Solid experience from working with information security, either from a role within a larger, global organization or from a consulting firm.
  • Hands-on experience with information and IT security, risk assessments, information security controls, or information security standards such as ISO 27000.
  • Experience from working in large and complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

You are:

  • Self-driven with an ability to plan and follow up on work tasks independently.
  • Strong at building relationships and communicate with stakeholders at different levels within the business and IT, influencing and challenging them in constructive and professional ways.
  • Open minded, positive and including personality.
