About the job

We are looking for senior technicians to become part of our SaaS Operations team providing business critical operational services to our customers core software, infrastructure and integrations. You´ll be the Technical Account Manager for key SaaS customers and will, in cooperation with e.g. the customer´s Service Manager plan for changes, upgrades etc and together with other technicians perform the tasks planned. You may also work in projects, where you together with the project manager will be responsible for planning the technical tasks related to setting up environments, integrations, monitoring, software installations etc . You´ll work close with customers and are good at building strong customer relationships. The SaaS Operations team is involved in monitoring, batch job handling, software installation and upgrades, pipeline setup interface adjustments and technical support. Our aim is to provide a higher availability for our customers and you´ll be able to influence way of working and how to optimize operations, processes, and services.

We would like to hear from you if:

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience from working with customers and using multiple IT systems
  • You have higher education in IT or relevant studies
  • Have a systematic approach, are structured and committed to deliver good results
  • You are good at building strong customer relationships
  • You have experience with databases SQL Server management
  • You are skilled with Powershell and SQL
  • You have very good English communication skills , both written and spoken
