We are looking for a leader who in collaboration with management in Professional Services and Banqsoft Asset Finance, will continue to develop and grow our consultancy business. You have a customer- and business oriented mindset that is matched by strong skills and interest in staff development.

Our Consultancy teams follow their customers through the lifecycle, with engagements in areas ranging from Pre-Sales, Analysis projects, Implementation projects to Service Request management and Support. Our Business Consultants are key in maximizing value of Banqsoft View21 system implementations and on-going improvements with our customers.

To be suitable for this role, you have solid experience from working in a consultancy role and leading consultancy delivery teams, matched with business domain expertise and interest in Financial services as your team members will be delivering consultancy services related to systems support for vehicle Lease, Loans, Fleet Management and Stock finance.


  • Formal direct report responsibilities for your team members including hiring and salary reviews.
  • Resource planning and support of team members in day to day business
  • In collaboration with other teams and units in Asset Finance and Banqsoft continuously improve ways of working, utilizing agile methodologies and with a customer centric mindset.
  • Lead the team of experts, ensuring employee development and job satisfaction
  • Maintain structured development plans for each member of your team
  • Coach and support team members with the objective of achieving team and unit goals
  • Ensure coordination and collaboration with other teams, units and business areas in Banqsoft
  • Within scope of responsibilities, pro-actively take action to ensure team financial performance Support Business Unit Manager in day to day business, focusing on further developing a dedicated team

About You:

To succeed in the role as a Team Manager, we believe that you:

  • Have experience from working with customer deliveries and / or IT development, especially in the Finance or Banking industry e.g. as Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Consultant, Service Manager or similar
  • Have a business-oriented mindset and take pride in your team reaching financial targets
  • Are a natural leader who appreciates working with multiple nationalities, believes in the strength of diversity, are tolerant and culturally aware
  • Are capable of challenging pre-set standards across the organization while collaborating with others
  • Have excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Are proactive and have a pragmatic approach to methods and processes, and can use your judgement to apply models and approaches that best fit within the context
  • Are truly interested in understanding our customers’ business and how Banqsoft’s products and solutions support their business
  • Have previous leadership experience, with a genuine interest in developing your team members
  • Have unquestionable integrity and credibility, demonstrating high moral and ethical behavior
  • Have a university degree in Science, Information technology or Economics
