Overall responsibility

In this challenging position you will work from our office in Tilburg, combined with working from home. You are part of the regional sales team and report to the Regional VP Sales. There is an international aspect to this job, as you will maintain relationships with colleagues and departments in other regions.

Skills & Requirements

The area of responsibility includes:

  • Updating the CRM database [salesforce];
  • Periodically evaluate the sales pipeline and sales forecasts;
  • Supporting our Sales Managers in a broad sense;
  • Be the point of contact for all sales-related questions from customers and colleagues;
  • Expanding the knowledge level of existing customers.
  • Assist the marketing department with local content;
  • Supporting marketing activities and organization of events [in which you will participate];
  • Drawing up and processing (signed) quotations for existing accounts;
  • Once settled, the role might be expanded with new business sales in SMB channels


  • You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or sales support role at a company that sells software, preferably SaaS
  • outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Experience in identifying, qualifying and prioritizing business opportunities.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities on different organizational levels, and interest to nurture and expand ones pipeline.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and execute various activities and focus areas to maximize growth.
  • Energetic & proactive approach.
  • Ability to be independent and work collective within a team
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Experience within SaaS, Ecommerce, Logistics or Carrier Networks are an advantage.
  • Flexible mindset and can-do attitude: Willingness to adapt to customer and organizational needs.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving quotas & KPIs
  • Experience with CRM software

(e.g. Salesforce) * Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts) * Understanding of sales performance metrics * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to deliver engaging presentations
