Customer Success Manager

Our diverse team is both ambitious and open minded. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for one or more of our customers to our office in Sandefjord or Oslo.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Be the contact person for one or more customers ensuring services are delivered according to agreed quality and profitability
  • Be the customer representative inside Banqsoft which means coordination and follow-up on activities internally and to the customer
  • Work on client strategies
  • Actively contribute to the development of Banqsoft´s delivery towards customers
  • Execute client meetings and follow-up and identify actions internally and towards customer
  • Support the customer with planning and delivery of IT projects
  • Gather customer needs and possibilities as well as communicate these to stakeholders both internally and with the customer
  • Ensure effective communication with the customer internally at Banqsoft
  • Client negotiations about extensions or changes of Banqsoft' s services


We believe that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, credit management or finance.
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages

You are a team player with a proven track record of building relationships. Furthermore, we believe that you are service minded with the ability to challenge customers and act as a trusted advisor. You can and have experience of identifying and addressing challenges and problems in which you handle in a structured way.
