Customer Success Manager

Our diverse team is both ambitious and open minded. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for one or more of our customers to our office in Sandefjord or Oslo.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Be the contact person for one or more customers ensuring services are delivered according to agreed quality and profitability
- Be the customer representative inside Banqsoft which means coordination and follow-up on activities internally and to the customer
- Work on client strategies
- Actively contribute to the development of Banqsoft´s delivery towards customers
- Execute client meetings and follow-up and identify actions internally and towards customer
- Support the customer with planning and delivery of IT projects
- Gather customer needs and possibilities as well as communicate these to stakeholders both internally and with the customer
- Ensure effective communication with the customer internally at Banqsoft
- Client negotiations about extensions or changes of Banqsoft' s services
ABOUT YOU
We believe that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, credit management or finance.
- Experience working with international customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
You are a team player with a proven track record of building relationships. Furthermore, we believe that you are service minded with the ability to challenge customers and act as a trusted advisor. You can and have experience of identifying and addressing challenges and problems in which you handle in a structured way.
