We are looking for an HR professional to work in a fast paced, dynamic, growing organization, leading growth projects and to contribute to our great team with Compensation & Benefits expertise. You will be one of three HRBPs in a team that also consists of Administrators, Talent Acquisition and Leaning & Development experts. Our environment is collaborative and fast paced, working with high achieving individuals passionate about transformation and learning.
The position reports to the HR Director Invent Sweden-Finland and will have regular interaction with Invent Sweden-Finland’s Senior Leadership
HR business partnering with one of the organization’s large business lines, supporting, challenging and helping line managers to develop and implement our People Agenda
Development of our Compensation and Benefits area, as well as management reporting processes
Leadership of multiple projects for continuous improvement
Together with the rest of the HR team lead and implement our ongoing HR Transformation
We think you could today be a HR Business Partner focusing on Compensation & Benefits, a Compensation & Benefits specialist working close with business, or a Management Consultant within the area.
Minimum 8 years of experience working as HR Business Partner and/or with Compensation & Benefits
Experience with data reporting and management reporting processes.
Team player with strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with leading projects and a passion for continuous improvement and organizational transformation
Previous experience from HR Transformation projects or larger HR organizations would be meritorious
Interest in working in collaborative Nordic and global environments
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
Minimum Bachelors degree
