At Flower, we operate a virtual power plant (VPP) where we connect to and control a vast heterogeneous pool of assets that we optimize to produce the most benefit for the electricity system locally, regionally, and system-wide.
Now we are looking for a Project Developer to work on our Grid Scale Battery projects in Germany. You will be joining our highly driven, dedicated international team that plays a pivotal role in growing our business. As part of the job role, you will be helping with project development in Germany as well as be responsible for your own area of expertise, for example building permits or market regulations. Within the project management you will identify grid and land owners to develop sites for grid-scale batteries as well as learning about the German power system.
Additional duties will include the following:
Maintaining and upkeeping the best practices of project execution and related work.
Assisting in identifying, approaching, and managing relationships with local partners.
Assisting in preparations of tender documents, permits, and procurement processes.
Reporting on project progress and performance promptly.
Maintain industry knowledge on relevant wider issues and representations within the power sector.
The role can include business travels.

Previous involvement in infrastructure projects, preferably within energy.
Our office is located in Söder Mälarstrand 21, near the Slussen subway station in Stockholm. We expect you to work together with the team and put your best foot forward in the office. However, we’re highly flexible both with remote and office work.
