Vaimo is looking for a new Business Unit Manager , to help us manage our growing client portfolio and drive both client and employee satisfaction.
As a Business Unit Manager at Vaimo, you run your business unit’s operations in alignment with Vaimo’s mission, strategic objectives, policies, and company culture. You grow, empower, coach, retain, and lead a team of highly skilled and ambitious Vaimoers. You drive client satisfaction and allocate team members to ensure the highest possible efficiency and profitability within your business unit.
The country unit consists of close to 80 employees today, organized into delivery teams that are run by project managers and supported by a technical manager and our Consulting & UX team. Your job, as Business Unit Manager, is to grow and develop your business unit and ensure that we deliver with high customer satisfaction. Allocation, planning, coaching, and customer conversations are part of your daily work. You report to the Country Manager and are a part of the local leadership team, along with the PMO, HR, and Technical Manager; you will also form part of the global network of Business Unit managers within Vaimo.
This role suits a leader who is energized by motivating and growing people and encouraging team spirit across the business unit. You enjoy a client-facing role and the excitement of working closely with key accounts to positively impact their business.
Your success is measured by healthy allocation, great employee engagement, and high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing or client-management position. You have led fast-paced development teams in a growing, international environment, preferably in a project management role. You are self-driven, people-oriented, and a team player who wants to contribute to the overall success and future growth of Vaimo. You understand how to align, drive, and motivate through communication.
