Meltwater is hiring a Global ABM Director for our Influencer Marketing Product Klear. The individual in this role will report and work closely with the VP of Global Demand Generation and the regional Marketing Directors of our Meltwater products and be part of the Meltwater marketing team, consisting of 45+ individuals.
If you have a passion for the Influencer Marketing industry and for B2B SaaS solutions, along with the ability to develop and execute ABM Strategies and like to work closely with Sales Leaders - this role is for you!
The Global ABM Director role will also help to build and shape the ABM technology stack that will underpin all campaign activity and marketing reporting.
Develop ABM strategy to reach key decision makers at each phase of the funnel using our full available tech stack: Marketo, Zoominfo, 6sense, various ad platforms ABM Platform (to be decided), Salesforce.
Work closely with sales to identify a list of accounts to target and assign them to tiers.
Define the target audience with the account and develop an execution plan to increase awareness, reputation and consideration for our Influencer Marketing product Klear.
Deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time
Work with product marketing and sales on existing buyer personas .
Research key decision makers at each account.
Coordinate ABM activities and strategies with key teams within the ABM workflow, like events, regional marketing managers, marketing automation, design, product marketing and content teams.
Develop personalized outreach strategies for top priority accounts in conjunction with demand generation and revenue teams.
Develop ad copy, organic messaging and email outreach messaging to attract and engage target accounts.
Develop metrics to measure and report on the success of ABM campaigns.
Prioritize accounts for business development and revenue staff to reach out to and coordinate efforts between marketing and sales to increase efficiency and avoid overlap.
Work with the digital team to align the digital strategy and funnel with ABM streams

What you’ll bring to the table:
7+ years of SaaS marketing experience with a focus on ABM and demand generation
Strong interest in the Influencer Marketing Industry
Experience working with multi-division organizations with separate target audiences for each business unit
An excellent communicator and compelling storyteller, including experience presenting to - and being accountable for feedback from - with senior leaders
Experience developing strategy and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns and a proven track record of success
Strong background in developing personalized content and messaging for all phases of the customer journey
Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute
Highly adaptable and fluid, able to quickly learn about new businesses and customer segments
Collaborative to the core; you know how to build solid relationships across departments and with key stakeholders
Experience with attribution reporting and analysis
Strong data analysis and reporting skills (preferably within Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo)
Experience working directly with product marketing, sales and sales enablement
A strong grasp of current digital and social media marketing trends and strategies as well as best practices
