As an Application Consultant at Lime, you turn customer problems into working solutions, and code is one of your most important tools for getting there. If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you!

Building the future for our customers
Lime CRM is a platform with infinite possibilities to customize according to the needs and ways of working of our end users. Your job involves everything from installation, adaptation and development of additional services connected to our CRM system.

You have a solid technical understanding and enjoy building things, but what drives you is seeing technology create value for the customer. You're just as comfortable in a workshop with a customer as you are in the code. This is a journey where you will develop along the way!

One day you're building the customer's solution in SQL, Python or TypeScript. The next you're sitting down with a customer to define the scope of a new project. The day after, you're in a workshop helping them work through a business problem and find the right way forward.

An Application Consultant at Lime
• Advises customers on how to solve their problems and how Lime CRM can support their way of working.
• Interested in using AI in their own work and advising customers on how they can get real value from it.
• Develops front-end components, automatic triggers and integrations with third-party systems in languages like Python, SQL and TypeScript.
• Reviews and tests code, both your own and your colleagues', and takes responsibility for the quality of what we deliver.
• Defines scope and sets clear frames and expectations together with the customer.
• Combines deep technical understanding with the ability to work with and lead people.
• Has full professional proficiency in English and the local language of where you wish to work.
• Has a relevant bachelor's or master's degree within IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

What is the European Trainee Program?

With our trainee program, we promise you a unique opportunity to kick start your career. Faced with interesting challenges from day one, your learning curve will rise rapidly. Throughout the program, you will be mentored by a senior colleague providing support.

The trainee program kicks off with two weeks at our HQ in Lund, Sweden. Together with all trainees from our different offices, you will get intense training and education as well as plenty of time for team building and having fun. After the intro period, you head back to your local office and start working hands-on with everything you have learned, combined with more education throughout the year.
