As a Tech Recruiter at Agile Search, you will combine the latest recruitment and marketing technologies with executive search methodologies to match the best professionals to some of the most exciting companies in Finland and Scandinavia. In this role, you will be able to lead yourself, influence your job and take responsibilities. Your job description will include match-making of the best sort; sourcing candidates, interviewing them, taking the recruitment process forward and throughout this time ensure that both client and candidate are happy with the match.

Your team is a friendly bunch of many nationalities. They are always there to help, and always ready to have fun. After all, we are a young, hungry (think of food, success and experiences) and agile team with Friday morning breakfasts, awesome after works, access to gym and sauna, and flexibility in work. Last but not least – stupid GIF:s flying around!

Skills & Requirements

Your Boolean

  • 1+ years of experience in (Executive Search OR Recruitment) AND passion for recruiting AND excellent English language skills
