WithSecure Field Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring net new customers in the Mid Market space (i.e. 500-3,000 seats), and managing/developing key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire/Onboard new customers that fit the WithSecure mid market target profile, through own engagement and follow up of leads
  • Develop existing customers and upsell of the WithSecure portfolio
  • Build and maintain business plans for key customers with key stakeholders
  • Supporting the Channel Managers with collaborative end user target activities through key channel partners
  • End user lead creation through various activity – target businesses of 500 seats and above
  • Visiting key customers regularly to develop relationships and plan activity (subject to current government & WithSecure guidelines around working arrangements due to COVID situation).

What are we looking for?

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and desire to build a net new customer base in the mid market
  • Relationship skills for establishing relationships with the right decision makers and effective business development
  • Value Selling Skills, uncovering the real end customer needs by asking smart questions and listening and capturing carefully the feedback
  • Understanding of organization structures within the mid market
  • Business Planning skills and operational excellence using CRM and other sales tools effectively
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Experience of developing a customer base in the cyber security space
  • Good understanding of Cyber Security technologies
  • Good understanding of the Cyber Security marketplace

This is a remote working position, with an expectation to be in the office as required (1-2 days per week), office location being London.
