Purpose of Role
Assist Sales Operations, Regional Sales Team and Management with Sales data, analytics, reporting and insights to help deliver strong New and Existing Logo bookings.
Sales Operations Analyst focus areas will include but not be limited to the following:
Work closely with Marketing (Lead generation), Account Management (Lead qualification), Product (Functionality feedback), Finance (Revenue tracking, Sales commissions) as well as other teams
Competence and experience
Education, experience and skills
Desirable Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – or equivalent (Math’s/ Economics preferred but not essential).
Planning and Forecasting experience is preferred, but not essential
2-3 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working with commercial models
Fluent in manipulating, analysing & interpreting large volume data sets to create demand forecasts
Advanced Excel (Advanced Formulas, Modelling, Pivot Tables & Dashboards)
