Sales Operation Analyst

Purpose of Role
Assist Sales Operations, Regional Sales Team and Management with Sales data, analytics, reporting and insights to help deliver strong New and Existing Logo bookings.

Responsibility includes:
Sales Operations Analyst focus areas will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Sales Pipeline Management and Revenue Forecasting
  • Sales Enablement, Training and Onboarding
  • Sales Tools (Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft etc.)
  • Data Analytics, Reporting, Insights and Commissions

Work closely with Marketing (Lead generation), Account Management (Lead qualification), Product (Functionality feedback), Finance (Revenue tracking, Sales commissions) as well as other teams

Skills & Requirements

Competence and experience

  • Experience with Enterprise Business applications - Salesforce is preferred (MS Dynamics also useful).
  • Experience with BI tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience producing quantitative analysis & data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Ability to understand, create and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication
  • Ability to operate well in a fast-paced, high-growth and deadline-driven environment
  • Focused and capable of delivering continuous process improvement
  • Close attention to quality and detail
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement / Project Management is advantageous
  • Excellent English language is essential

Education, experience and skills

  • Desirable Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – or equivalent (Math’s/ Economics preferred but not essential).

  • Planning and Forecasting experience is preferred, but not essential

  • 2-3 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working with commercial models

  • Fluent in manipulating, analysing & interpreting large volume data sets to create demand forecasts

  • Advanced Excel (Advanced Formulas, Modelling, Pivot Tables & Dashboards)
