We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future.

The role is a part of our bold and passionate Lead & Learn team. The team is based between Stockholm and Västerås: this role will be located in Västerås. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing our in-house Northvolt Battery Academy and contribute to building the first large-scale European battery factories.

Working as a learning coordinator in the Greenhouse Northvolt Battery Academy means working closely with our Project Manager and battery subject matter experts as well as with Northvolters that are starting their experience as battery engineers. As learning coordinator you’ll curate all the aspects of our academy participant's experience, playing a really important role in securing core competencies talent pipeline.

About the team

The Lead & Learn team is ambitious, driven, and creative! The majority of the group is based in Stockholm and this role will be placed in Västerås at our R&D facilities, Northvolt Labs and have close collaboration with the local organization.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for the Greenhouse Battery Academy participants and Northvolt Battery experts
  • Provide independent administrative support for the day-to-day activities, including module planning, timetabling, curriculum management, schedules and activities planning, and arrangements to ensure seamless execution
  • Drive key team activities, such as Greenhouse meeting’s agendas, Panels, Master Classes agendas, and education visits in Labs/Training Center
  • Oversee the Greenhouse attendance monitoring activities, by organizing, leading, and maintaining the Learning Management System spaces dedicated to the Greenhouse
  • Analyze key program-level data of statistics and trends to inform effective decision

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • 2+ years working experience with project or event management
  • Proven administrative and coordinating skills
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
  • Passion for teaching, engaging learning experience and academic world
  • Excellent project management skills (Agile/Lean preferred)
  • Good communication skills, like being able to communicate with people from different backgrounds in a simple, effective, and caring way
  • Knowledge in (or eagerness to learn) working with Learning Management System

Bonus points for:

  • Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
  • Fluency in other languages (Korean, Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
  • Experience from a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, experience in Power BI is a plus
