You lead by example and have your own customer portfolio

In our culture, it is essential to work together as a diverse team by bringing all our strengths into play. Your team will be a strong example of this. As part of the Sales Operations department, you will lead one of our regions in Norway.

When exploring and planning new innovative initiatives, we work closely across functions, meaning you will be in close cooperation with Marketing colleagues and Key Account Managers on a daily basis – always with execution at heart.

Doing so, you:

  • Define the goals for the region based on the business unit strategy with strong team inclusion.
  • Monitor and analyze market development and trends in order to secure market-driven execution.
  • Follow up on your team’s performance, well-being and development, e.g. through sales meetings, coaching and co-driving.
  • Contribute to the development of our sales activities, and give feedback on POS materials, sales support systems and launch plans.

Driven sales manager with motivation at heart

First and foremost, you are a curious mind who loves life on the road, because the field is where you thrive and shine. Now you are ready to step into a role with responsibility and team spirit at the center.

Moreover, we would like you to:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Have a keen interest in leadership, coaching and teambuilding.
  • Analyze sales data and implement new procedures based upon these.
  • Have good knowledgde of MS Office 360 and use these applications in your daily work with ease.
  • Challenge the status Q with your creative mindset while proactively exploring new opportunities in the market together with the team.
  • Manage sales meetings and sales projects with positive energy and clear communication.
  • Have knowledge or experience within Horeca.
  • Speak and write Norwegian fluently.
