Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

Scandic is at the start of a journey to modernise our customer acquisition methodology with a focus on broadening our channel reach, putting proper attribution in place and personalising our guest journey through data. No other industry has as many touch points with the customer as the hotel industry and we want to maximise our impact in all of them.

We offer an exciting role within our performance marketing journey at Scandic HQ, working in close collaboration with our Marketing and Ecommerce departments. You will be working in one of the most competitive digital landscapes there is with the aim to capture an unfair share of the market.


  • Support the Performance Marketing team to manage the always-on digital marketing activities (including both paid and organic) as well as other key marketing projects
  • Continuously monitor, analyse and implement actions to optimise digital channels with the purpose of maximising acquisition at best possible cost-of-sale levels
  • Ensuring accuracy of tracking for full end-to-end visibility and reporting
  • Measure and present results, keeping a close eye on the details to understand and evolve marketing performance across all digital channels

What are we looking for?

  • An aspiring performance marketing professional with at least 2 years of experience from a similar role
  • Knowledgeable in PPC, SEO, Social and wider acquisition channels
  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience managing Google paid advertising (SA360) and other industry tools
  • Skills in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • An understanding of reporting, API and feed solutions
