We’re looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, to play an important role in establishing our gigafactory and R&D facility in Gothenburg, Sweden, that will supply state-of-the-art batteries to the next generation of Volvo and Polestar cars.

Skills & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy finding attractive candidates for a wide range of roles
  • Design a scalable recruitment process based on best practices, ensuring a top candidate experience
  • Build and maintain talent pool
  • Be a trusted advisor when it comes to recruiting
  • Contribute in building a Talent Acquisition team as we grow the organization
  • Execute on hiring plans, drive all end-to-end recruitment efforts during start-up phase, and partner closely with hiring managers
  • Measure success and process quality by setting up the right KPI’s
  • Engage in Employer Branding initiatives and onboarding

Education/Experiences:

  • You have a university degree and +5 years of experience in the talent acquisition field
  • Experience from start-up/scale up is preferred, in a global market
  • You have extensive experience from recruiting and preferred also by blue collar positions
  • Experience of working and building relationship with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience from ensuring diversity perspective in the full recruitment process
  • English and Swedish skills, both verbal and written
