You will strengthen the communication in our digital channels with relevant and high-quality content and build brand and credibility together with your colleagues in the marketing team.
As a part of the Nordic marketing team, you will align and help to develop our digital ecosystem both in Norway and in the Nordics to be able to implement and execute on our marketing strategy.
Main task and responsibilities
As Content Marketing Manager & Web Editor you will develop, implement, and optimize campaigns and content in all Santander owned channels.
The tasks will include, but not be limited to the following:
Editor of Santander.no, Netbank, Magazine and mobile apps
Responsible for our Norwegian Content hub (Magasinet) – planning, production, and optimization
Together with CRM develop content for their Care program and work closely with the digital team implementing SEO initiatives
Plan, develop and execute on our Content strategy across channels and products
Align and help develop our digital ecosystem both locally and in the Nordics to be able to implement and execute on our digital strategy
Strengthen communication in our digital channels with relevant and high-quality content
Operational planning and execution in tight collaboration with Local and Nordic peers
Improve organic traffic to sites and apps regarding content, design, layout, and SEO
Coordination with legal & compliance to secure alignment with regulations on marketing material and customer communication
You must have passion for branding, customer communication and marketing to understand best practice within the field. Ability to change and have curiosity to be open for doing things differently to achieve more is a key element in the daily business. A positive mindset and strong verbal and written competence in Norwegian as well as English is a necessity in this role, to be able to use language as an important tool of getting the message out in the right, responsible and efficient way.
Competencies and Skills
Strong in stakeholder- and project management
Good communication skills
Experience with digital marketing, SEO and social media
Strong understanding of customer journeys and communication touch points
Preferred Experience & Education
University degree within the field of communications or marketing
Min. 3 years of experience from marketing department in the Financial industry or equivalent (e.g., insurance, subscription-based services etc.) is preferred.
Proven track record of executing campaigns in Norwegian
Experience with social media strategy and communication
Experience with content management systems e.g. Epi/Optimizely or the like
