Trainee, Real Estate Deals Team, Helsinki

Job Description

We are looking for trainees to join our growing real estate deals team!

As part of a project team, you will analyze target companies’ historical net operating income, operating costs, assets and liabilities, cash flows and business plans. You will provide support in buy and sell side transactions, market research, valuation, and other real estate related projects.

We have a strong PwC’s global Real estate network and we collaborate with integrated international teams.

We have several trainee opportunities in transaction services and possibilities to work with corporate finance real estate projects in the fall 2022 and throughout the year 2023. The trainee position can be part-time or full-time. A trainee period is usually 4-6 months, but it can be accommodated according to the candidate's availability. The trainee position often results in a full-time associate position.

We are looking for good teammates and ideally you would have the following:

• A university level study background in the field of business, real estate, economics, engineering, or other relevant area with a minimum of 2-3 years of studies

• Interest in the real estate sector and knowledge of the basic real estate market and value dynamics

• Fluency in written and spoken English & Finnish

• Analytical skills and ability to work proactively in teams

• Eye for details and visualization skills to present information

Relevant earlier work experience such as experience in the real estate sector is desired but not a requirement.
