We are looking for a driven project manager intern to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Industrial Products team based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing/ramping up our next generation of Industrial products and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

You will help guide the delivery of our Industrial NV System solutions from design to industrialisation and manufacturing of the product. While the role is an internship it will entail a shared responsibility in managing the overall scope of the project, including:

- Lead responsibility for managing product development scope, from requirement management until start of production.

- Responsible for driving the cross functional execution, maintaining time plan and making sure the crucial milestones and sample deliveries are fulfilled.

- Leading Project Gate Reviews and Risk Assessments to assure high product and project quality.

- Customer management with regards to day-to-day activities and project deliverables.

- Keeping an eye on project budget milestones and progress to assure we don’t overspend.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Help manage product development customer projects and defining and upholding scope, schedule and budget
  • Understanding the importance of establishing a project scope on products and components as far as possible and you align requirements from customers and other stakeholders with the product roadmap
  • Help establish and manage product feature baseline, scheduling, critical path, and overall risks areas for execution
  • Cross-functionally manage scope/timeline evolution and communicate key development updates.
  • Identify tactical and creative ways to overcome obstacles while meeting deadlines despite setbacks
  • Maximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities
  • Resolve conflict productively across teams
  • Drive collaboration with the different groups and stakeholders to ensure the teams are aligned with company priorities.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to all stakeholders – design, supply chain, programs, aftermarket and manufacturing teams
  • Track resourcing of projects and drive resource balancing between different program priorities

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master Graduate in engineering (Ideally electrical, hardware, computer science or mechatronics field).
  • Preferably with business degree.
  • Preferably with experience in project management.

Specific skills

  • Engineering or technical project management skills applicable to battery system development project. (Discipline such as Mechanical, System, Electrical or BMS).
  • Planning tool
  • Budget and resource planning

  • Able to get an understanding of complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks in an actionable form
  • Stakeholder Management and strong communication skills
