IT Business analyst – Cloud / Skype for Business

  • Support the Subject Matter Expert in reviewing and implementing IT solutions delivered by external parties
  • Follow up on deliverables with internal and external parties
  • Prepare documents to support internal decision making, testing or training material
  • Create and review test strategy/approach, test cases and test execution
  • Develop training/support material
  • Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material
  • Perform testing, change management documentation and otherwise support the deployment of the technology and hand over to production support
  • Ensure all material is stored on the ESM’s SharePoint environment for audit purposes
  • Other division related tasks as applicable such as organising and running meetings, developing agendas, preparing minutes, following up on open actions, identifying risk and issues with appropriate mitigating

Skills & Requirements

Your profile

The Consultant will have the following profile:

  • Rollout experience with Cisco, Office 365, Windows 10 or ServiceNow is considered a strong asset. Experience with other similar systems is desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of a modern, SAAS based IT environment in a fast paced mid-sized organization
  • Up-to-date knowledge on technology, especially with iOS devices, O365, Win 10
  • Knowledge of outsourced or cloud-based collaboration services, including telephony, desktop video and web conferencing
  • Test experience within Corporate IT areas
  • Customer oriented change management communication skills
  • Project Management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of IT business analyst experience
  • 3-5 years of direct experience with similar and relevant IT projects
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, iOS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience in providing reporting and other communications at a senior management level;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Ability to document clear and complete business requirements;
