Business Analyst pour le département Transfer Agency

Our client is currently reviewing their IT strategy relating to the reporting activity for Transfer Agency (TA).

That strategy will become a reality thanks to a reporting program including both technical and business aspects.

In this context, the Business Analyst takes a lead role in analysing, documenting and proposing solutions to best meet the business needs in the Transfer Agency sector.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Take part to the analysis of the Business Needs at various steps of the Project: Initiation, Building, Conception
  • Take charge of the Business and Functional Requirements and describe them in ad-hoc documents such as BRD
  • Handle functional workshop and make sure that relevant stakeholders are involved
  • Take charge or participate to the definition of the Solution to be implemented (Solution Design) and design applicative and technical architecture.
  • Identify the scope of testing and ensure that the BRD are aligned with testing scope and approach
  • Take part to the preparation and execution of the Test phases (SIT/UAT)
  • Participate to the Deployment in Production and user training
  • Answer to the Progressive/Corrective Maintenance Requests assigned to him and ensure the needed coordination with the concerned IT Teams
  • Manage day to day issues relating to scope variations and planning constraints together with stakeholders and resource/program managers
  • Ensure that the client standards are followed (ex: standard deliverables, QA) and that the client validation steps are respected (ex: peer review, security, architecture).
  • Make sure that the project documentation is produced and that the client tools are properly updated (ex: time tracking, capacity planning)

The candidate must have following skills:

  • Proven experience of min. 5 years in the transfer agency business
  • Familiar with best-of-breed reporting solution
  • Strong ability to synthesize
  • Smart in considering transversal aspects
  • Good ability to plan, control and deliver projects
  • Strong skills in IT architecture and solution design
  • Result oriented and respectful of deadlines
  • Ability in handling several missions/topics simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Multifonds TA System would be an advantage
