The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Growth team – responsible for growing our market share across Middle East.

As a Business Development Representative, you would primarily be involved in outreach via cold calling, emails etc with a focus on booking meetings in order to grow the client portfolio. You will be expected to uncover potential growth opportunities from our existing client base, and prospect Cross sell companies. In addition, you would support the Growth Team with account work which would include interacting with our clients, understanding their needs & requirements, and adjusting our platform accordingly. Your day to day might also involve putting together reports on client’s media coverage, as well as joining Growth Reps and clients for meetings (virtual and in person) and ensuring all follow up points are implemented and communicated to the client.

Based on the sales lifecycle you will have specific touch points with the client all aimed at increasing the value our software and services are delivering for the client.

This role is an entry level position which will allow you to build skills and knowledge to further your sales career at the company. Individuals who are successful within this role will be promoted into Sales / Account Management positions within the company after 6-12 months.

Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 0 - 3 years working experience
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is very advantageous
  • Strong drive and self-starter;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong team player and excellent at stakeholder management;
  • Solution oriented and client focused;
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
