Nova Sweden is the perfect career start for anyone studying within the fields of Human Resources or Business and with a keen interest in HR, Talent Management and Recruitment. We are looking for a person with a curious mind and a confident attitude to gain experience with Nova, the Global Talent Network.

The role will provide you with experience within HR and employer branding, focusing on Top Talent. With the right attitude and business sense, you will be able to gain new skills and contacts and learn more about recruitment, talent management, and the Nova Business.

The role as the Talent Acquisition Assistant will include:

  • Talent Relations and Growth: Assist our Talent Manager with Branding, Talent relations and the full recruitment process of members to the Nova Talent Network.
  • Talent Recruitment: Assist our Recruitment Manager in the full recruitment process with delivery to our clients.
  • Event Management: Assist with project management related tasks before, during and after Nova events.

In addition to your daily work tasks, you will also receive education within areas such as Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Communication.

Skills & Requirements

We see that you are:
Studying your bachelor's or master’s degree in HR or Business
Fluent in English and Swedish
Passionate about HR, networking, employer branding and recruitment
Service and business minded, engaged, curious, humble and self-driven with the ability to build strong relations
Used to an international environment

Recruitment experience is preferred.
