Skills & Requirements

We are seeking a hands-on working expert in Salesforce enablement tools. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of entrepreneurial, analytical, and fun marketing & sales teams. You have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and creating outstanding customer experiences. You have experience driving strategy and execution across the customer lifecycle to accelerate top-line growth, retention, and member lifetime value. Ultimately someone that is passionate about analytics and is highly data-driven.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Establish industry-leading customer relationship marketing capabilities utilising a test and learn methodology to implement traditional and non-traditional methods of engaging and retaining customers.​

  • You have analytical rigor owning key metrics driving the engagement and retention area and proactively improve performance.​

  • Develop marketing automation-specific user stories and lead use story refinement meetings to finalised acceptance criteria​.

  • Develop functional specifications and business architecture (in close collaboration with our SF Product Owner & Martech teams).​

  • Recommend best practices for key Journey Builder/Engagement Studio campaigns.

  • Develop marketing automation-specific project plan/work breakdown structure components in collaboration with Business Unit Teams. ​

  • Iterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with the Product Owner.​

  • Develop and deliver end-user training with our Enablement Specialist.

  • Develop/deliver meaningful programs, evergreen campaigns and experiences across the guest lifecycle that drive nurture progression.​

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer communications and lifecycle marketing strategy that encompasses email, push, SMS, onsite and mobile programs increasing customer engagement and lifetime value.​

  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and value drivers by life-stage across the company.​

  • Generate and test new concepts and tactics that transform insight into action; scale successful pilots and transfer to go-to-market initiatives.

  • Define, launch, and evolve loyalty, shipping and promotional programs that enhance customer engagement and profitability.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Master Degree/Bachelor in IT, Business, Financial or Marketing​.

  • 2-4 years of e-mail marketing or CRM competence.

  • Strong familiarity with technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems.

  • Excellent pen for writing for e-mail marketing.

  • Experience HTML coding for email is a big plus. There is also a plus with working and demonstrable knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat. ​

Additional Knowledge:

  • Experience from working in international companies is a plus​.

  • Accredited Salesforce qualification will place you in good stead.

  • Fluent in both English and German languages is desirable.
