Job Description

Navian Group is looking for people who want to be part of an innovative and value-driven company for a 6 months internship.

We prefer full-time interns as we're primarily looking for new graduates that could potentially be interested in employment after a successful internship. Senior students can combine their internship with their studies and perform between 30% - 50% capacity, depending on their availability.

As an intern in our Operations department, you'll be allowed to work in different operational parts depending on your interests, skills and background, with experienced team members guiding you.

We support you in developing, growing and creating success with us. In addition to the opportunity to work in a startup environment, you will receive support for your personal development during your time with us.

Tasks and projects you'll be exposed to and take part in during your Internship with us might be, but is not limited to;

  • Assisting in creating surveys, opinion polls and questionnaires
  • Support the project management of internal and external events
  • Assist in content creation regarding Ops and HR
  • Meet-ups with staff (i.e. monthly group update)
  • Assist in the creation of presentation material
  • Managing job advertisements
  • Screen applications and assess their potential
  • Scheduling and organizing interviews
  • Assist with the development of process improvements and streamlined procedures to effectively strengthen the onboarding of new employees
  • Pre-boarding and onboarding of staff
  • Update internal systems as and when needed
  • Administrative tasks

You have a 'doer and service-minded mentality' and thrive in a start-up environment. You are thorough, tech-savvy, a great administrator, a natural communicator, takes pride in delivery and enjoys writing and creating presentations.

We have a hybrid team, meaning some employees work remotely whilst others work from a central location (HQ in Sweden). You will form part of our Swedish Team and will also be offered a hybrid solution.

Having an interest in innovative digital solutions and products is an advantage.

Skills & Requirements

Your knowledge of Word, Adobe, PowerPoint and CRM systems, in general, is very good.

Being able to speak Swedish and English is a requirement.

We generate a lot of content in Swedish, however as a company, we report and communicate predominately in English, therefore having great verbal and writing skills in English is important to us.

We think that you will thrive with us if you have the following knowledge, abilities and personality;

  • High level of English and Swedish
  • Experience with new software systems
  • MS Office skills - proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Excellent, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Good organisation skills, an excellent work ethic, time-management, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude
  • High level of motivation
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn and process information
  • Authentic curiosity and perseverance, a love for learning and improvement
  • Creative

Your personality and experiences are more important than your academic achievements for this role. Of course, it is an advantage if you have an academic degree, but it is the combination of your experience and skills and your willingness to contribute and be part of a team that is most important for us.
